How did we get the name- spiritus knox?

"Spiritus" is Latin for Spirit and or breathing.

The Holy Spirit or Holy Breath is the heart of this center because Spirit is the movement of life.

The Spirit is the divine breath and movement in the world, in ourselves, and in our relationships.

So much of our work as human beings is opening ourselves to the breath and movement of God

and having the courage to move with the movement of the Spirit.
