Engaging our breath in healthy ways can not only benefit our physical health, it can also help us attune to the Holy Spirit (the breath of God) as well as better connect to our own heart, body, soul and spirit.
Breathing together in community can be a delightful gift of finding ease in our lives with others who are trying to do the same.
During the warmer East Tennessee months, we'll meet under the Pavilion in Lakeshore Park
(the structure with a roof and no sides, it sits close to Marble Hall and the newer playground).
There will be signs to help guide you.
If you live in Knoxville or happen to be visiting the area,
we'd love to breathe together under three old oak trees in Lakeshore Park.
So bring a camp chair, blanket &/or meditation cushion.
We so look forward to breathing together.
During the chillier East Tennessee months we'll move inside and breathe under the stained glass windows of the church.
For a different kind of experience within the sanctuary, feel free to still bring your lawn chairs, cushions, yoga mats or you can sit in a pew.
We'll light some candles in the windows and allow the glow of candle light and stained glass to guide our time together breathing.
Please email if you have any questions.
This is a free event and all are welcome.
Registration is encouraged.
